The original case number is ***** per the automatic confirm. They never did, I sent yet another problem update. On July 7 they said Winzip has responded one June 30 to them that they would contact me directly to resolve the issue. They indicated WinZip needed to approve a refund and they contacted them. By 6/26, I asked ************ for a refund since the product is not functional. Ultimately, they said only Winzip can resolve the problem.

They attempted to help over multiple calls throughout the month of June, including escalating to Winzip on my behalf. I contacted ************, who collects the license fees. WinZip never responded, although I've sent a number of followup problem reports. The situation occurred and on June 3, I submitted a problem report to get a correction. The product is flawed in that some ******* ******* can cause it to 'deregister' and winzip must provide a new license key. We have a three license annual subscription to the WinZip ****** ********* *****.
